Use for inside shop glazing

Sarco Putty Multi-Glaze Type-M Glazing Compound is formulated for wood sash windows and doors. Type-M is a quick surface skinning product that usually forms a skin overnight and is paintable within a few days to a week or two, depending on temperatures and conditions. Type-M is for inside shop glazing.

 Multi-Glaze Type-M is a modern glazing compound that remains elastic allowing for normal expansion and contraction and adheres to all glazing surfaces forming a permanent watertight bond between the glass and sash. After the putty has skinned it should be painted with oil or latex paint.

Dual Glazing Compound

Sarco Dual Glaze
Use on-site on wood or metal

Sarco Putty Dual Glaze elastic glazing compound is used for sealing a water-tight bond between glass and wood, glass and metal sash, glass and doors. Made of non-drying oils that set into a firm tough cushion that adheres tightly to glass and sash. Dual Glaze remains elastic and allows for normal expansion and contraction and will not pull away.

Dual Glaze is a slow skinning product, usually forming a strong enough surface skin to be painted in 2-3 weeks depending on temperature and conditions.

NOTE: Dual-Glaze is recommended for outside “on-site” glazing as it is a slower setting putty compound and benefits from outside atmospheric conditions.
